Reiki Level One

This class will put you in touch with the source of the life energy available in the universe so you can learn how to channel it. You will engage in self-healing, release of negativity, and the clearing of negative energy blocks. After the class you can use Reiki in daily life for self-healing and for healing others.

Includes Handouts, Manual, and Reiki Energy Attunements to Reiki passed from Aprylisa to the students and Practice with other class members.

Your will learn:

The Chakra system and how to use Reiki in each energy center
Anatomy for Reiki
Simple meditations for opening your Reiki Sessions.
Scanning the body for energy imbalances.
Hand positions for healing yourself and for healing others and treatments for animals, and plants.
How to give Reiki Treatments
Aprylisa’s specific tools for making your sessions more powerful

Level 2 of Reiki

This higher level of Reiki involves learning the Reiki symbols that allow you to direct healing to yourself and others. This is for those wanting to do sessions for others or to incorporate Reiki into a professional practice. Includes Manual, Handouts, and Reiki Energy Attunements passed from Aprylisa to each student privately, plus hands on practice with other class members.
